About the project

Tourism and Urbanism Charitable Foundation (TUF) held a town-wide Saturday community work attended by over 1,000 locals and visitors of the place in April 2022. The clean up and beautification covered all primary areas of the urban space.

More than 200 bags of waste were collected during the event. Shortly after the clean up, the urban celebration took place. Inhabitants were presented with special environmentally friendly shopping bags to reduce the consumption of plastic bags. Town cleanup events will be held several times a year.
